WHAT IS THE 3R METHOD?

1) Restore

This phase is ALL about helping you FEEL your BEST! We are going to work on basic sleep, hydration, food quality, and exercise habits! Think of this phase as our base that we build off of! Without a foundation, things will come crashing down!


2) Remodel

In this phase, we are focusing on helping you LOOK your best through phases of losing body fat and gaining muscle to SHAPE your body how you want! We will focus more on exercise habits like resistance training and get more detailed with our nutrition!

3) Revamp

This is where we will teach you how to sustain your results for LIFE so you NEVER need another fat loss program or coach again! We will move away from the details and focus on the most essential habits you’ve learned throughout the program!

Step 2 - The intake form

After signing up you will receive an intake form. This will allow your coach to create the best health & fitness plan that is tailored to you!

Step 3 - Onboarding call

This is where your coach will go over all of your resources and tools (including the app) so you can be successful with the 3R Method! 

Step 4 - Roadmap call

This is where your coach will go over your personalized starting health & fitness protocol and your long term plan to reach your goals!
